BANTU KNOTS | Malaika | Style Progression Collage

Meet my client Malaika. She had a cute teeny weeny afro and needed it styled so we decided on the Bantu Knots, also called Nubian Knots or China Bumps. She absolutely loved her hair and told me how she received many compliments.

As you can see from the photos, I decided to do triangle parts instead of square parts. The parting technique added an extra "POW!" to this nubian-ish hair style.
