PAYMENT


• We accept Paypal and Money Order for online orders.

• If you choose to pay with a money order we expect to receive the money order within 7 days or less. If the money order is not received within 7 days or if we do not get a message or email from you requesting an extension the item will be re-listed.

• If you are local (Houston, TX) we can meet so you can pay with cash.

• For custom orders you may pay AFTER the photo of your finished item has been posted and you're satisfied with what you see.

SHIPPING


• We can ship any day of the week accept Saturdays, Sundays, & major holidays because our post office is closed on those days.

LOCAL: Shipping normally take 3-5 days.
INTERNATIONAL: Shipping can take anywhere from 2 -6 weeks depending on your location. If you would like expedited international shipping please CONTACT US with your address and we'll inform you of the additional fees.

• We include tracking numbers just in case there's an issue with an item so you can always go online to see where the item is.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


• Refunds are given for items that are lost in the mail. We have tracking numbers to prove if an item arrived to the buyer or not.
Additional Policies and FAQs

• We do not put Ready-to-Ship items on reserve without having received partial payment. Please contact us if you are interested in reserving an item and we can discuss the details.

ADDITIONAL INFO


• If you have placed an order for a custom item the details of that order will be communicated via message on Etsy and/or your email address unless you request a different form of communication.

• Prices and policies are subject to change at the discretion of the owners.
