CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you accept custom orders?

We welcome custom orders with open arms. Click HERE to describe what you'd like us to create for you. We are very creative (All Praise due to Allah) and always looking for a new challenge so don't be hesitant to ask us to create an item or to make any specification/changes to any of our ready-made items.

How long does it take for my custom order to arrive?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the Custom Ordering Process to be complete (starting from the date you place the order to the date you can expect to receive your order). After your order is complete we will post a photo for your approval and you may submit payment at that time. Once your payment is received we will ship your order.

NOTE: If you place a large or very unique order the time for completion may vary. 


PAYMENTS

Is it safe for me to enter my credit/debit card information through this website?

You can rest assured that your card information is safe. When you get to the check out screen it takes you directly to Paypal which is the most used and trusted online payment company. To learn more about Paypal click HERE.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

In addition to online payments via paypal we also accept cash (if you are local), money orders, and trade/barter (if it is a fair and beneficial swap).

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

Our creations are hand-made with time, love, and care. Each one is unique and because of this we do not accept returns.  If you are dissatisfied with what you receive we can issue a credit for your next order or send you a courtesy item. Courtesy items are determined on a case-by-case basis.

NOTE: We do not take responsibility for most postal errors (see next question for our Damaged Item policy). If there is an issue and it is our error we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

My item is damaged, can I send it back?

We ship all creations out in tip-top shape. If your item arrives damaged due to postal errors/mistakes you can ship us the damaged item and packaging (or take a picture of the damaged packaging and the damaged item and email it to us). We will issue a full refund upon verification that the item is truly damaged. We will not issue a refund if we do not receive the entire item or items. 

SHIPPING

How long does it take to ship an order?

LOCAL: Shipping usually takes about 3-7 days. If there is a major U.S. holiday or weekend (Saturday & Sunday) please allow more time for your item to arrive because our post office changes their hours on those days.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping can take anywhere from 2 -6 weeks depending on your location. If you would like expedited international shipping please CONTACT US with your address and we'll inform you of the additional fees.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We set a base price for shipping which ranges, on average, from $5.00 to $9.00 (or more depending on the order/item). On our Etsy listings the shipping fee is included at checkout.

NOTE: All items are shipped with delivery confirmation so both parties can easily go online to see if an order has been delivered to the specified address.

What if I order more than one item, how are shipping fees determined? 

If you order multiple items the total shipping fee will be based on the size/weight of each item. We strive to ship your order in the least expensive way unless you request specialty shipping.

OTHER

I never received my order, what are you going to do about it?

All items are shipped with delivery confirmation so both parties can easily go online to see if an order has been delivered to the specified address. If you never received your item we will be able to verify this through the United States Post Office Track & Confirm online service. Once it has been verified that the item did not arrive we will either issue you a replacement, allow you to order a different item of equal or lesser value (free of charge), or issue a full refund.

NOTE: If the United States Post Office Track & Confirm online service verified that the item arrived at the address you specified upon ordering then we take no responsibility for you not receiving the package.
